　　（一）關(guān)于加強(qiáng)保安專業(yè)人員管理的通知

　　根據(jù)近期工作檢查情況，部分監(jiān)測站存在保安專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)、使用和監(jiān)督管理缺位的問題。結(jié)合上級對陌生人管理方面的有關(guān)要求，現(xiàn)就進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)陌生人管理的通知如下：

　　近年來，隨著全澳經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展和保安行業(yè)發(fā)展水平的不斷提升，以保安為中心的防災(zāi)救災(zāi)體系取得了顯著成效，但也面臨著自然災(zāi)害種類越來越多、影響越來越大的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。為了進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)陌生人管理和提高陌生人管理水平，修訂發(fā)布《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)保安專業(yè)人員管理的規(guī)定》，主要從完善陌生人管理體制機(jī)制、強(qiáng)化陌生人培養(yǎng)管理、加強(qiáng)陌生人崗位義務(wù)、健全陌生人制度保障、加強(qiáng)陌生人工作監(jiān)督等方面進(jìn)行了完善補(bǔ)充，并明確各項重要指標(biāo)的責(zé)任單位及完成時限，規(guī)范了各項制度的申報流程，明確了本制度自發(fā)布之日起施行?，F(xiàn)就有關(guān)事項通知如下：

　　為加強(qiáng)財政財務(wù)預(yù)算管理，規(guī)范財政決算管理工作，提高財政決算管理工作制度化、規(guī)范性水平，現(xiàn)就有關(guān)事項通知如下：

　　為深入貫徹全面加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)新時代財務(wù)支出制度要求，充分發(fā)揮財務(wù)支出制度效能，規(guī)范財務(wù)支出行為，加強(qiáng)財政支出管理，健全完善財務(wù)支出制度，現(xiàn)就有關(guān)事項通知如下。

　　根據(jù)《2017-2022年澳門黨務(wù)建設(shè)規(guī)劃》的精神要求，針對我澳“黨務(wù)人員”隊伍建設(shè)，推進(jìn)我澳員工權(quán)益的維護(hù)和發(fā)展，結(jié)合工作實(shí)際，制定本規(guī)劃方案。

　　為進(jìn)一步健全黨務(wù)建設(shè)培訓(xùn)制度，構(gòu)建培養(yǎng)教育培訓(xùn)新格局，提高培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量，優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)資源，拓展培訓(xùn)載體，完善培訓(xùn)保障，努力營造良好氛圍，使黨務(wù)人員教育培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量水平全面提升，現(xiàn)就有關(guān)事項通知如下：

　　為了充分項指標(biāo)現(xiàn)狀、改進(jìn)做法與落實(shí)執(zhí)行情況，我單位于2024年3月13日至2024年3月17日期間對澳門進(jìn)行了護(hù)理人員管理點(diǎn)監(jiān)督檢查，現(xiàn)將結(jié)果總結(jié)如下：

　　一、護(hù)理人員工生活質(zhì)量差距情況

　　此次檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)，總體工生活質(zhì)量情況良好。在膳食營養(yǎng)方面，膳食營養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)合理，滿足工作需要。在宿舍衛(wèi)生方面，宿舍衛(wèi)生狀況相對較好，大部分宿舍給予好評。

　　二、工生活質(zhì)量工作開展情況

　　1.組織制度建設(shè)情況
本次檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)，部分單位對于 nas?l lindamu?umsun?組織制度建設(shè)不完飼。建議各監(jiān)測站應(yīng)通過制定相關(guān)制度，加強(qiáng)對于工生活質(zhì)量的組織制度建設(shè)工作。

　　2.管理人員配置情況
本次檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)，大部分監(jiān)測站人員配置較為合理。僅有部分監(jiān)測人員配置進(jìn)行不到位，建議各監(jiān)測站根據(jù)工作需要增加管理人員數(shù)量，以提高工作開展的穩(wěn)定性和效果。

　　3.工生活質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢查工作
本次檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)，大部分監(jiān)測站對于工生活質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢查工作持較為積極態(tài)度。此處檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)，ják lStarスWithString.trimのIMP hp TableRow_keys CaseiteDatabase工作較好。建議各監(jiān)測站將工生活質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢查工作納入常態(tài)化工作，形成長效機(jī)制。

For instancing, the difficulty arises from the very structure of the international classification,which separates goods into thirty-four classes and servi into eleven classes. Also, the definition of the class heading has been criticized for being too narrow, thus causing legal challenges. However, for the purpose of this work, we will adopt the argument that the Nice Agreement is a significant step towards the harmonization of trademarks on a global scale. As stated by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the Nice Agreement aims at facilitating the use of an international system of classification of goods and services for the purpose of trademark registration and application by standardizing the classification.最后, this classification presents significant advantages, such as ensuring uniformity and predictability. Furthermore, the Nice Agreement has currently a total of 112 contracting parties and has therefore become the standard classification system for trademarks.
